Andean Archaeology

This microcourse explores two cultures from two distinct periods of Andean prehistory. We begin with an exploration of the Early Intermediate Period's Moche culture (also called the "Mochica," ca. AD 200-800) and then we move on to exploring the Incas of the Late Horizon (ca. AD 1200-1532). The course goals are to promote interest and provide experience in online learning, Cardinal Stritch University, and Andean prehistory. The course objectives are that you'll be able to identify and distinguish Moche and Inca artifacts as well as explain the meaning of those artifacts
