Are you an Adjunct Faculty at a college or university who is asked to teach online? Once you were hired to teach online, did you receive the professional development necessary to excel in the art of facilitating an online course? If not, then this course will provide the professional development you need to become an Adjunct Faculty with the skills, knowledge and aptitude to facilitate online courses. The quality of the online facilitation is the most important factor in retaining online learners. This course contains practical information that is research based and will communicate best practices related to facilitation. Once enrolled, you will complete individual assignments at your own pace and interact with other Adjunct Faculty during three designated intervals. The course is two weeks in length.
